1. What personal data do we process and for what purposes?

We process the following personal data:

  • Email.

We process this personal data for the purposes that logically follow from the forms you fill in. This could be a contact form or a form to subscribe to our newsletter. These purposes may therefore be as follows:

  • Feedback;
  • Sending of our newsletters.

2. On what basis do we process personal data?

We only process the above personal data on the following grounds in accordance with the GDPR:

  • Fulfillment of a legal obligation;

  • Legitimate interest.

3. To whom is personal data provided?

We share your personal data with third parties only if it is necessary for the provision of services and in accordance with the above purposes. Personal data may be shared with the following parties:

  • Service for sending newsletters.

A processing agreement is entered into with a third party who processes personal data on our behalf, as a result of which this third party also undertakes to comply with the requirements of the GDPR. The third parties engaged by us who provide services as processors are themselves responsible for the (further) processing of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

As far as possible, our servers are located within the European Union. The personal data we process will only be processed by us or third parties engaged by us outside the European Union if there is an adequate level of protection.

4. How do we protect your personal data?

We believe it is important that your personal data is well protected. For this reason, we have implemented the following security measures:

  • Personal data is processed in a secure database.

5. How long is personal data stored for?

We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the aforementioned purposes or required by laws and regulations.

6. What privacy rights do you have?

You have a number of rights under the GDPR. You can ask us to exercise the following rights:

  • To request and inspect your personal data;
  • To have your personal data rectified;
  • To have your personal data erased (partially);
  • To restrict the processing of your personal data;
  • To request a copy of your personal data and send it to a third party under certain conditions;
  • Object to the processing of your personal data;
  • Withdraw the consent you have previously given to the processing of your personal data.

If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us. We will process your request as soon as possible. You will receive a response within one month at the latest. This deadline may be extended by two months due to the possible complexity of the request. If we extend the deadline, we will notify you within one month.

If you exercise your rights, we may ask you to identify yourself by providing a copy of a valid passport, driver's license, or passport photo protected identification card. If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can of course let us know.
