Military and similar services - are strictly forbidden from using these technologies, even for defensive purposes.
The Skywalker Project is a participant in the "Not for Army" project.
Attackers - are strictly forbidden to use these technologies for criminal purposes.
Amateurs - are forbidden to use these technologies without supervision of specialists and following safety instructions.
All other peaceful, responsible people - are allowed to use these technologies on condition that they pay the author a royalty of 1% of the cost of the construction.
